Career Breaking Competition for Aspiring Musicians

Local Open Mics Turn Competitive:
Two local weekly open mics run by singing hostess, Ja-Tun, become competitive opportunities for aspiring musicians looking to gain exposure to executives from major record companies.

What’s at Stake?
Competition winner will represent the Trenton/ Morrisville area at the 2008 East Coast Music Conference at The Holiday Inn, 195 Davidson Ave., Somerset, NJ 08873 October 10-11th, 2008.

    How To Enroll:
    Both open mics have an open sign-up period each week where performers may choose to compete, free of charge. Competition enrollment is not required to perform at weekly open mics. One winner will be selected each week. Weekly winners then compete against each other at the last open mic of the month to select a Semi-Finalist. Semi-Finalists chosen for Jun., Jul., Aug. and Sept. will compete at the Final Competition on Oct. 6, 2008 at International Deli & Grill.
